As a member of the Transport team, you manage the largest logistical operation of the St. Gallen Symposium. You are responsible for organising a fleet of over 60 vehicles and ensuring that more than 1000 participants are transported smoothly throughout the week. You coordinate the largest volunteer pool of the entire Symposium and maintain close communication with mobility partners to secure reliable vehicle handovers and returns. This role requires precision, structure and strong people management skills under time pressure.
You become part of a highly motivated and dependable TRP alumni community and develop strong leadership skills through the intensive coordination of around 100 volunteer drivers. You also get the chance to improve your public speaking through regular briefings and training sessions over a two-month period. This role sharpens your ability to lead, communicate and deliver when it counts.
