In the Participant Services team, you take care of the guest experience from start to finish. You manage hotel bookings for over 300 international guests in close coordination with hotels across St. Gallen. You are responsible for designing the seating plan for the exclusive Dinner for Partners with over 250 high-level guests. You create and send key mailings, making your work one of the central communication touchpoints between participants and the Symposium. You also run the services email account and hotline, directly representing the organisation in daily interactions.
You are in direct contact with participants from around the world, including senior leaders and decision-makers. This gives you the chance to develop your communication skills, build confidence and take ownership of critical guest-facing responsibilities. You will quickly learn how to manage expectations, handle pressure and deliver with professionalism.
