In the Marketing & Communications team, you shape how the world sees the St. Gallen Symposium. You create and design the public-facing presence of the Symposium across all channels. This includes producing flyers, booklets, one-pagers and slide decks for internal teams. You manage and grow our social media platforms by developing content and growth strategies. You conduct video interviews with high-profile figures such as CEOs and politicians – past guests include Karin Keller-Sutter and Wladimir Klitschko. You also manage media relations in key PR markets like Switzerland, Germany or the UK, maintaining direct contact with journalists and media outlets.
You have real creative freedom – your work is visible to thousands and leaves a lasting mark. You gain hands-on experience with the Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office, and you learn how marketing strategies directly impact organisational performance. You’ll expand your network by visiting companies to conduct interviews and meet decision-makers. You also get to travel, with a team trip to Hamburg and Berlin and individual PR trips to cities like Vienna, London or Berlin, depending on your market. During the Symposium, you handle interview requests and support our media partners on the ground – right where the action happens.
