n the Technical Operations team, you are responsible for planning and executing the full assembly of the St. Gallen Symposium site. You coordinate closely with external partners and service providers to turn complex logistics into a seamless on-site experience. You manage security in collaboration with the police, Securitas, the fire department and medical services. You work with a substantial budget, maintain an overview across all technical and spatial elements, and contribute your own ideas to the design and layout of the event infrastructure. Along the way, you gain valuable hands-on experience in operations, logistics and project management.
