Prof. Marcus Schögel

Prof. Marcus Schögel, Institute for Marketing and Customer Insight (IMC-HSG) serves as the Academic Director of the English Master in Marketing Management program at the University of St.Gallen (HSG). His research and teaching focus is on Customer Centricity and Strategic Marketing as well as on the Management of Customer Experiences. Following his research stay as a visiting professor in Singapore in 2013, Prof. Schögel is heading the Customer Centricity Competence Center at SGI-HSG in Singapore. Marcus Schögel has published numerous papers, articles, and books and his teaching excellence has earned him two nominations for the “Credit Suisse Award for Best Teaching”. Since 2022, Prof. Schögel has assumed the role of President of the Foundation Board of the Swiss Marketing Society gfm.
