Hans-Dietrich Reckhaus is the Founder of Insect Respect and Managing Director of his 65-year-old family pesticides business Reckhaus. Insect Respect originated from the family business through the recognition of the importance of biodiversity to our environment. Under his leadership, the company is shifting toward a more sustainable approach with a focus on increasing social awareness regarding the importance of insects and creating compensating insect-friendly habitats. Hans-Dietrich Reckhaus earned a Ph.D. in business from the University of St.Gallen.
