Prof. Jean-François Manzoni

Jean-François Manzoni has been President of IMD and Nestlé Chaired Professor of Leadership and Organizational Development since 2016. His research, teaching, and consulting activities are focused on leadership, the development of high-performance organisations, and corporate governance. A Fellow of the Singapore Institute of Directors, he currently serves on the Board of Keppel Corporation, and prior, among others, served on the Boards of AACSB International and Singapore’s Civil Service College. Before re-joining IMD in 2016, from 2004 to 2010, he served as Professor of Leadership and Organizational Development on the IMD faculty. Prof. Manzoni served on the faculty of INSEAD in Singapore and Fontainebleau, where he founded and directed the PwC Research Initiative on High-Performance Organizations. He currently serves on several International Advisory Panels of industry bodies, academic institutions, and corporations.
