Tatjana Hänni

Tatjana Hänni has served as Chief Executive Officer of RB Leipzig since 2026. In this role, she oversees the club’s strategic and operational development, bringing extensive international experience from across the global football ecosystem. Previously, she was Chief Sporting Director of the U.S. National Women’s Soccer League and earlier Director and Head of Women’s Football at the Swiss Football Association, where she played a key role in developing women’s football structures. She also worked as a consultant in the sports industry with Y Sport in London. In addition to her executive roles, Hänni serves as advisor to the sports data platform Game1.ai. She holds an MBA in Sport Management from the University of Bayreuth and completed further studies in diversity and inclusion at the University of Applied Sciences Northwestern Switzerland.
