Stefan Schaible

Stefan Schaible has been Managing Director at Roland Berger and CEO for Germany and Central Europe since 2014, and as Global Managing Partner, he leads the company alongside other board members. His consulting expertise focusses on digitalisation and large-scale corporate transformations, drawing on his extensive experience in the public sector, the financial services industry, as well as infrastructure-intensive business sectors. Mr Schaible’s journey with Roland Berger began in 1997, and he became a partner in 2001. From 2004, he took charge of the firm's public sector advisory activities and led the International Civil Economics & Infrastructure division. Mr Schaible studied Chemistry, Philosophy, and Law at the University of Konstanz.
