Marine Hadengue

Marine Hadengue has served as Executive Director of the Higher Education for Good Foundation (HE4G) since 2022, a Swiss-based not-for-profit organisation dedicated to assisting educational institutions in transforming their curricula to meet the demands of the mid-21st century. In this role, Ms Hadengue leads Youth Talks, an initiative that marks the first-ever global youth consultation asking open-ended questions to young people worldwide and using advanced AI tools to analyse their responses. Additionally, she is a professor at SKEMA Business School, a member of the International Advisory Board of the Peter Drucker Society, and the CEO at Arbour Foundation, a Canadian philanthropic organisation focused on improving access to higher education. Ms Hadengue holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Polytechnique Montréal, a Master’s degree in Political Science from the University of Montréal, and a PhD in Innovation Management from Polytechnique Montréal.
