Thorsten Pauli

Thorsten Pauli has served as Country Executive Switzerland and Head of Equity Capital Markets DACH at Bank of America since 2019. In this role, he leads the bank's strategy, operations, and client relationships in Switzerland and oversees equity capital markets activities across the German-speaking region, with a strong track record in capital raising and IPO execution. Previously, he spent over 20 years at UBS, where he held senior roles including Head of Equity Capital Markets Switzerland and Global Head of ECM Wealth Management Distribution. In addition, he is closely connected to senior leadership at SIX Swiss Exchange. Pauli holds a BSc in Management and an MSc in Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics.
