Prof. Leena Grover

Prof. Leena Grover is a Canadian lawyer and Chair of Public International Law at the University of St. Gallen. In her role, she focuses on how legal frameworks can strengthen peace and security. Previously, she spent a decade in legal practice at the International Criminal Court, the UN Human Rights Committee, the UN High Commissioner for Refugees, and the Global Institute for the Prevention of Aggression. She is also the author of two books published by Cambridge University Press. Her work has been cited by the Supreme Court of Canada, the ICC, and the UN International Law Commission. She holds degrees in law, international relations, and political science.
