Lai-Ling Rodriguez

Lai-Ling Lee Rodriguez has served as Deputy General Director, External Affairs at Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) Operational Centre Geneva. In this role, she leads external relations for MSF Switzerland and oversees multiple regional offices, ensuring strategic alignment and effective global representation. Previously, she held senior leadership positions with MSF and the Canadian Red Cross, managing humanitarian programs and donor engagement across Africa, Asia and Central America, including operations in Georgia, Congo, Indonesia and Haiti. In addition, she contributes to strengthening partnerships and cross-sector collaboration in the humanitarian field. Rodriguez holds an Executive MBA from McGill–HEC Montréal.
