Christian Sinding

Christian Sinding is Institutional Partner and Chair of the EQT Council at EQT, a leading global investment organization. In his current role, he oversees key governance bodies, including the EQT Council and Global Investment Forum, and serves on multiple investment committees across EQT’s strategies. He previously served as CEO and Managing Partner from 2019 to May 2025, leading EQT’s IPO on Nasdaq Stockholm and a period of significant growth in which the firm quadrupled in size. Prior to this, he was Head of EQT Equity, playing a central role in building and expanding EQT’s global investment platform. In addition, he serves on the board of the EQT Foundation and has held several board positions, including at companies such as Gambro, XXL Sport & Villmark and VTI Technologies. Sinding holds a degree in Economics from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH).
