Roshni Nadar Malhotra is the Chairperson of HCLTech, a leading global technology organisation with a market capitalisation of over $50 billion, and the Chairperson of its CSR Board Committee. Additionally, Ms Nadar Malhotra is a Trustee of the Shiv Nadar Foundation, investing in nation building institutions and driving transformational leadership, the Chairperson of VidyaGyan, nurturing future leaders from rural India, and the Founder of The Habitats Trust, working towards protecting India’s natural habitats and indigenous species. Ms Nadar Malhotra is also a member of the Dean’s Advisory Council at the MIT School of Engineering, USA, and a member of the Kellogg School of Management Executive Board for Asia. For the seventh consecutive year, in 2023, Ms Nadar Malhotra was featured in Forbes’ ‘The World's 100 Most Powerful Women’ list, and she was honoured with the ‘Most Powerful Women in Business 2023’ by Business Today. She holds an undergraduate degree in Communications from Northwestern University and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management. Ms Nadar Malhotra serves as one of three Conference Chairpersons of the St. Gallen Symposium.
