Melanie Eckert

Melanie Eckert is the Co-Founder and Co-CEO of krisenchat, Germany's largest digital psychosocial counselling service supporting young people in need. Through partnerships with clinics, counselling centres, medical professionals, and youth welfare offices, krisenchat has facilitated over 150,000 consultations since 2019. As a psychologist, Ms Eckert oversees the content and continual development of krisenchat’s services, as well as drives organisational development. Ms Eckert holds a Master’s degree in Psychology from the International Psychoanalytic University Berlin and is currently pursuing her doctorate, focusing on innovative care services tailored for young people.
