Lisa Yasko

Lisa Yasko is a member of the Ukrainian Parliament (Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine) and the Ukrainian delegation to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE), where she served as the Head of the Ukrainian delegation from 2019 to 2021. In addition to her governmental roles, Ms Yasko is the founder of Yellow Blue Strategy, an NGO that supports Ukraine's recovery and promotes the development of Ukraine's cultural diplomacy, creative economy, creative education, and public policy. Ms Yasko holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Political Science from the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, as well as a Master of Public Policy from the University of Oxford.
