Laura Jorde

Laura Jorde has served as Managing Director of Vocational Education and Training at the German Chamber of Industry and Commerce (DIHK) since 2023. Previously, she held the position of Managing Director at Wirtschaftsjunioren Deutschland, Germany's largest business network for young entrepreneurs and founders under 40, which is part of the worldwide network of Junior Chamber International (JCI). Advocating for increased diversity and bold decisions to modernise associations, Ms Jorde serves as a mediator between generations and was named to the Business Insider Top 25 Zukunftsmacherinnen list in 2023. Ms Jorde holds a Master’s degree in Public Policy from the London School of Economics.
