Judith Wittwer

Judith Wittwer has been the Co-Editor of the Süddeutsche Zeitung since 2020, alongside Wolfgang Krach. Before assuming her current position, she held the role of Editor-in-Chief at the Tages-Anzeiger in Zurich from 2016 to 2020. Before joining the Tages-Anzeiger in 2014, Judith Wittwer worked as a business editor for the Axel Springer Handelszeitung in Zurich from 2011 to 2014. She began her journalistic career as a radio reporter for a St. Gallen local radio station of the NZZ Group. Judith Wittwer holds a Master’s degree in International Relations from the University of St.Gallen and completed her diploma at the Swiss journalism school MAZ in Lucerne.
