Heike Freund has served as COO at Marvel Fusion since 2020, spearheading the company's development and expansion efforts, streamlining processes, and fostering partnerships with top-tier industry leaders. Prior to her current role, Ms Freund was a Partner at McKinsey & Company and a member of their Operations Leadership Team, focusing her expertise on projects within the automotive, machinery, and high-tech industries. Ms Freund holds an MBA from INSEAD and a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, Germany.
