Veit Dengler

Veit Dengler is the Founder and Managing Partner of Dengler Rauschütz Alderton Wagner Advisory, a specialised boutique advisory firm focusing on media, communications, entertainment, sports, and technology. Before founding the Advisory in November 2022, Mr. Dengler was a Visiting Fellow at the Reuters Institute for the Study of Journalism at the University of Oxford in 2022. An experienced executive, he previously served as the COO of Bauer Media Group (BMG) from 2019 to 2021, Chairman of the Digital News Innovation Fund Council at Google from 2016 to 2019, and CEO of NZZ-Mediengruppe from 2013 to 2017, where he oversaw the Swiss media group's operations. Additionally, he is the founder of NEOS, a centrist political party in Austria, and has been a member of the advisory board for the Uniqa Foundation, a non-profit organization that supports social projects in Central and Eastern Europe, since 2018. Mr. Dengler holds an MPA in Public Administration from the Harvard Kennedy School and a Magister in Commerce from the Vienna University of Business and Economics.
