Peter Voser

Peter Voser has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors at ABB since 2015 and as Chairman of the St. Gallen Symposium’s Board of Trustees since 2013. Previously, Mr. Voser was CEO and Member of the Group Executive Committee of ABB from 2019 to 2020, CEO of Shell plc from 2009 to 2013, and its CFO from 2004 to 2009. Peter Voser is a Member of the Board of Directors of IBM Corporation, a Member of the Board of Temasek Holdings, and Group Chairman of the Board of Directors of its subsidiary PSA International Pte Ltd. From 2011-2019, he was a Member of the Board of Directors of Roche Holding Ltd., and from 2005-2010, a Member of the Board of Directors of UBS AG. He holds a degree in Business Administration for the University of Applied Sciences, Zurich, Switzerland.
