Özge Aydoğan

Speaker at the St. Gallen Symposium

Özge Aydoğan was appointed as Director of the SDG Lab, at the United Nations Office in Geneva (UNOG), in November 2022. Özge joined UNOG from the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation within the Swiss Ministry of Foreign Affairs, where she was previously in charge of multilateral affairs, including Switzerland's strategic partnership and institutional dialogue with UN Women. Before joining the Swiss Government, she worked at several UN organisations (i.e., UNICEF and UNDP) and international financial institutions (i.e., Word Bank and European Bank for Reconstruction and Development). Ms. Aydoğan is a Co-Creator of the Young UN policy lab on frontier issues and was awarded the Special Joseph Jaworski Next Generation Foresight Practitioners Prize in International Policy in 2018. She holds a Master's in International Affairs from the University of St. Gallen and a Master's in Sustainable Development from Science Po Paris.
