Christina Keller

Christina Keller is CEO of Cascade Engineering Family of Companies, a family-owned business based in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Cascade is internationally known for its Triple Bottom Line Report (People, Planet and Profit), inclusive culture, and community engagement. Ms. Keller is also President of Noble Polymers. Noble Polymers is a custom compounder of plastic pellets and a valued partner within the circular economy with operations in West Michigan and Budapest, Hungary. Cascade Engineering's EcoCart, which incorporates up to 50 percent recycled material, was awarded the 2021 Design for Recycling Award by the Institute of Scrap Recycling. Ms. Keller is deeply involved in the Grand Rapids community and received the Equity Champion Award in 2022 for her efforts to bring greater health equity to all Grand Rapids residents. She has also delivered multiple TEDx talks on entrepreneurship and sustainable business. Keller holds an MBA from Cornell University, with a BA from Boston College.
