Janina Kugel

Janina Kugel is a Senior Advisor for the Boston Consulting Group and a Member of several supervisory boards, including Kyndryl. From 2015 to 2020, Janina Kugel was a Member of the Managing Board and Chief Human Resources Officer at Siemens. Prior to this role she was CHRO of Osram and hold various leadership positions at Siemens globally. In her role she focused on restructuring, transformation, the future of work and diversity.
She studied economics at the University of Mainz, Germany, and the University of Verona, Italy and holds a master’s degree.
