Symposium App
The St. Gallen Symposium App will be your central tool throughout the event.
Session booking opens on 27 April, noon.
Within the app you will be able to:

- Stay updated with event information and announcements
We strongly recommend downloading the app in advance and completing your session bookings early.

Access to the Symposium Site

The Check-in Desk is located at Varnbüelstrasse and will serve as the main arrival point for participants. Kindly remember to bring a valid form of identification, as it is required for badge collection.
The Symposium site is open from 8:00 am onwards. We warmly invite you to enjoy our breakfast on site.

You enjoy complimentary bus travel in St. Gallen both with a hotel booking (ask at the Check-in) and with your Symposium badge.
Pick-up point at St. Gallen main station:
Behind the station on the FH side (Lagerstrasse 10).
Please use the rear underpass without shops to reach the shuttle area.

Please note:
Between 07:45 and 10:00 on 6 and 7 May, shuttle services run continuously from hotels to the Symposium site. No individual ride bookings are required during this time.
Business Offices
For private conversations, phone calls, or focused work, Business Offices are available on the 1st floor of the main building.
Reservations can be made directly at the Business Lounge on the Symposium Site.
Wardrobe and Luggage
A wardrobe for coats and luggage is available on-site throughout the event.
Lost & Found
If you lose or find any personal items, please contact the Check-in Desk at the entrance, where the Lost & Found service is located.

Parking
Participants arriving by car may use designated parking areas on:
- Dufourstrasse
- Guisanstrasse
- Gatterstrasse
(Blue Areas)
A parking permit, available at the Check-in Desk, is required.
Please note:
Parking in the drop-off area is strictly prohibited. Vehicles parked there will be towed immediately.
Dress Code
The dress code of the St. Gallen Symposium is Business Casual.

Wednesday:

- 200 Days of TEPA: Insights on the Swiss–Indian Trade Agreement with leaders from business and government.
- ISC Lounge: The Art of Disruption: Live art reveal and networking in a creative setting.
Thursday:
- Journey Through Time: Interactive themed evening exploring past, present, and future.
