Nadja Skaljic

Speaker at the St. Gallen Symposium

Nadja Skaljic is a lawyer, corporate strategist, and systems thinker focused on next-generation initiatives spanning law, finance, emerging technologies, and sustainability. She is Chief Legal Officer of a privately-held Swiss lab-based company and serves as Co-Chair of the SuperSymmetry Institute. A seasoned board director, she advises and serves on boards across Europe and the United States. Her experience spanns venture-backed and clinical-stage biotechnology as well as Silicon Valley–based longevity and AI ventures founded by former Google AI engineers. Her work centers on aligning governance with long-term value creation in frontier industries. She is also an advisory board member of InterJust, a Clooney Foundation for Justice spin-off advancing universal jurisdiction to ensure accountability for international crimes. A thought leader on governance, foresight, and the future of capital, she focuses on the role of legal and institutional design in shaping emerging technologies. Skaljic studied law at the University of Oxford and Harvard Law School, and holds master’s degrees in international relations and political systems from The Fletcher School and the Harvard Kennedy School.
