Steven Althaus

Dr. Steven Althaus has served as Chief Executive Officer of the Grenzebach Group since 2020. The Grenzebach Group is a global industrial engineering company specializing in automation and production solutions across various industries. In his role, he drives the company’s strategic development and transformation, having previously supported its growth as a member of the Advisory Board since 2015. Prior to joining Grenzebach, he held senior leadership positions including Chief Marketing Officer of BMW Group and Credit Suisse, as well as Chairman and CEO of Publicis Group in Germany and Austria, and Head of Global Brand Management at Allianz. In addition, he serves on the Board of Trustees of the St. Gallen Foundation for International Studies and is a former member of the International Students’ Committee. Dr. Althaus holds a PhD in Business Administration from the University of St. Gallen.
