Alona Pammer

Speaker at the St. Gallen Symposium

Alona Pammer is Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer of Devanthro, a Munich-based deep-tech startup developing humanoid robots for use in private homes. Devanthro focuses on building robotic systems to support elderly care and address challenges in aging societies. In her role, she leads the development of the full robotics stack, from hardware and control systems to AI-enabled autonomy and played a key role in deploying the first humanoid robots living with and assisting elderly people at home. Previously, she worked as a robotics engineer and researcher at the Technical University of Munich and General Interfaces GmbH. She has been recognized as a Forbes 30 Under 30 honoree and a Women TechEU winner. Alona Pammer holds a Master’s degree in Robotics, Cognition and Intelligence from the Technical University of Munich.
