Zani Sharifi is a partner at JENEWEIN, a leadership and organizational culture consultancy dedicated to turn places of work into places of joy and performance. Formerly, Zani founded Switzerland’s leading financial industry research think tank and worked in strategy consulting. In addition, Zani serves as a lecturer for leadership and entrepreneurship at several Swiss universities. He holds Ph.D. from the University of St. Gallen, researching the role of emotions in shaping behavior and change.
