Prof. Jennifer Jordan

Jennifer Jordan is a Professor of Leadership and Organizational Behavior at IMD in Lausanne, Switzerland. She also holds an honorary chair in Human Resource Management at the University of Groningen in the Netherlands. Prof. Jordan’s research, teaching, and consulting focuses on ethics, digital leadership, influence, and power. Prior to IMD, Prof. Jordan was a lecturer at the Kellogg School of Management and Tuck School of Business in the United States. Her research articles are published in several top journals within management and social psychology, and she serves on the editorial boards of two academic journals. In 2019, Prof. Jordan was named as one of the top 40 MBA professors worldwide under 40 years of age by Poets and Quants and nominated for a Thinkers50 Radar Award. Prof. Jordan received her PhD and two Master’s degrees from Yale University.
