Raynald Aeschlimann is the President & CEO of Omega, one of the world's top-selling watch brands. He has been leading the company since 2016 and is also a member of the management board of Swatch Group AG and Fed of Swiss Watch Industry FH. As CEO of Omega, Aeschlimann has introduced innovative strategies to attract new customers, better reach millennials, and revitalize the brand. He has also revived the Speedmaster and Seamaster collections, gaining tremendous exposure and increasing brand recognition even further. Prior to assuming his current position, he spent 15 years as Vice President of International Sales, during which time he successfully restructured distribution channels and rebuilt customer trust in the Bienne-based brand. Originally joining Omega in 1996, Aeschlimann's commitment to Omega's community and collectors is exemplified by the re-introduction of Omega’s chronograph 321 calibre, which was discontinued in 1968. He earned his bachelor's and master's degrees from the University of St. Gallen.
