Roxana Chirițoiu

Roxana Chirițoiu serves as Policy Advisor in the cabinet of Vice-President Negrescu of the European Parliament, working on the EU budget, public health, education policy and social affairs. Active for over 10 years in youth representation, she has worked across civil society and European institutions on climate, education and civic engagement. Previously, as Head of Climate Programs for a regional NGO, she coordinated the largest climate event in Central and Eastern Europe. She also represented Romania as Youth Delegate to the Council of Europe. In 2025, she was selected among 50 young leaders globally for the World Economic Forum in Davos and named to Forbes 30 Under 30. Her work is guided by a commitment to making institutions more open and accessible to her generation.
