Peter Voser

Peter Voser has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of ABB since 2015, having previously led the company as Chief Executive Officer . Prior to this role, he held senior executive positions at Royal Dutch Shell, serving as Chief Executive Officer from 2009 to 2013 and as Chief Financial Officer from 2004 to 2009. Beyond his executive career, he holds a range of leadership and board mandates, including Chairman of the Board of Directors of PSA International and member of the Board of Directors of IBM Corporation, and has previously served on the boards of UBS AG, Roche Holding, and as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Catalyst Inc. He currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the St. Gallen Symposium.
