Jonas Wicki

Speaker at the St. Gallen Symposium

Jonas Wicki is one of the three Presidents of the 55th International Students’ Committee (ISC), where he oversees Markets, Food & Beverages, and Social Sessions. He joined the ISC in September 2024 and taking on the Swiss Industry Market as well as Food & Beverage operations for the 54th St. Gallen Symposium. His motivation is driven by a strong interest in geopolitics and emerging markets, combined with a passion for connecting people and creating spaces that encourage diverse perspectives and meaningful dialogue. Alongside his work for the Symposium, Jonas is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration at the University of St. Gallen.
In addition, he serves in the Swiss Armed Forces as a Quartermaster with the rank of First Lieutenant, where he is responsible for overseeing logistics within a mechanised battalion. In his free time, Jonas enjoys playing darts as well as watching football, Formula 1, and ice hockey.
