We foster responsible leadership by offering an immersive educational experience that bridges generations and disciplines and thus creating an environment where emerging and established leaders learn from one another.

Each year, over 200 exceptional young talents – our Leaders of Tomorrow – engage with senior figures from business, politics, and academia at the Symposium. Further 100 students take part at our global leadership challenge (GLC). Through mentorship, dialogue, and curated experiences, we help shape future decision-makers. 

Additionally, 30 outstanding students from the University of St. Gallen are selected to join the International Students Committee (ISC), where they take on the full responsibility of organizing the St. Gallen Symposium – and gaining leadership experience along the way.
