Nina Kataeva

Nina Kataeva is Managing Director and Partner at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where she serves as Global Lead for Operating Model & Organizational Design. Prior to this, she held multiple roles at BCG since joining in 2009, building deep expertise in organization design and digital transformation across the CEMA region. In addition, she is actively engaged in advancing new ways of working and human-centered transformation approaches. She has led major transformation initiatives, including large-scale digital capability programs and data-driven operating model redesigns. Kataeva holds a Master’s degree in Digital Arts from the University of Applied Arts Vienna and a Master of Science in Management from the Vienna University of Economics and Business.
