Prof. Alyson Meister

Prof. Alyson Meister has served as Dean of Degree Programs at IMD since 2025 and is Professor of Leadership and Organizational Behavior. In this role, she oversees IMD’s portfolio of degree programs, including the MBA, EMBA, Executive Masters and Graduate Certificates, and is a member of IMD’s Leadership Team. Her work focuses on leadership development, high-performing teams, organizational culture and change management, and she designs executive education programs for global corporate clients. Prior to joining IMD, she was Assistant Professor of Leadership and Organizational Behavior at Universidad de los Andes in Bogotá. Earlier in her career, she worked at Melbourne Business School as a PhD Candidate and Executive Education Associate and as Client Relationship Executive, and began her professional career at IMD as Learning Manager for the Executive MBA. She holds a PhD in Organizational Behavior from Melbourne Business School, an HBA from the Ivey Business School at Western University and studied International Management at the University of St. Gallen.
