Professor Alyson Meister is Dean of Degree Programs and Hilti Professor of Leadership at IMD, where she oversees the MBA, EMBA, and Executive Master’s programs. She partners with global organizations to build high-performing, resilient leaders, teams, and cultures. Named to the Thinkers50 Radar list in 2021, her research focuses on resilience, workplace well-being, and identity at work, and is published in leading journals such as Academy of Management Review, Journal of Management, and Leadership Quarterly, as well as practitioner outlets such as Harvard Business Review. Canadian-born, she holds a PhD from the University of Melbourne (Melbourne Business School) and an HBA from Ivey Business School.
