Rachele Focardi

Rachele Focardi is the Founder of XYZ@Work and has been a leading global voice on generational diversity and the future of work for over two decades. XYZ@Work supports organizations in leveraging multigenerational collaboration to drive innovation and inclusion. In her current role, she advises companies, governments, and universities worldwide and pioneered DUO, a two-way generational exchange model. Previously, she served as Chief Strategy Officer at Universum and began her career as an anchor and international correspondent for CFN–CNBC. She chairs the Multigenerational Workforce Committee at AHDO, lectures for Duke Executive Education, Emeritus, and USI, is a MENSA member, and is the author of Reframing Generational Stereotypes. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism and Public Affairs from the University of Texas at Austin.
