Jessica Anderen

Jessica Anderen is the CEO of the IKEA Foundation, an independent philanthropy focused on tackling poverty and climate change. With more than 30 years of experience across IKEA’s global value chain, she has held senior leadership roles in Sweden, India, Singapore, China and Australia. Before joining the Foundation, she served as CEO and Chief Sustainability Officer of IKEA Switzerland, following earlier positions including Global Market Support Manager, Deputy Country Manager at IKEA Retail Sweden, and Trading Area Manager for South Asia. She has served on the boards of companies, universities and social organisations, and has acted as a senior adviser and coach to Inter IKEA’s Social Entrepreneurship programme, with an academic background in economics from Sweden.
