Fábio Gurgel is Co-Founder and CEO of Alliance Jiu-Jitsu, one of the most successful martial arts organizations in the world, with over 300 academies in 30 countries and 15 World Team Titles. A 7th-degree black belt and four-time World Champion, he received his black belt in 1989 under Romero “Jacaré” Cavalcanti. Beyond his athletic achievements, Gurgelis an entrepreneur, author of Unshakable - The Principles of Jiu-Jitsu Applied to Life and Business, and a global lecturer on leadership, discipline, and virtue. He has led Alliance’s international expansion and educational platforms, building a global ecosystem that connects sport, philosophy, and business excellence. Fabio Gurgel studied Physical Education at Universidade Gama Filho.
