Sabine Keller-Busse

Sabine Keller-Busse has served as President of UBS Switzerland and President of Personal & Corporate Banking since February 2021. Furthermore, she has been a member of UBS's Group Executive Board since 2016, contributing significantly to the firm's strategic direction. From 2018 until April 2021, she held the role of Group Chief Operating Officer for UBS Group AG and UBS AG. Additionally, she served as President of the Executive Board and a Member of the Board of Directors of UBS Business Solutions AG from 2018 to 2021, and as President of UBS Europe, Middle East and Africa from 2019 to 2021. Before joining UBS in 2010 as Chief Operating Officer for UBS Switzerland, Sabine led Credit Suisse’s Private Clients Region Zurich division for two years. Earlier in her career, she worked at McKinsey & Company, where she was named Partner in 2002. Alongside her current roles at UBS, Ms Keller-Busse is also a board member of Zurich Insurance Group Ltd. and Zurich Insurance Company Ltd., having joined these boards in April 2021. Additionally, she is a foundation council member of the UBS Center for Economics in Society at the University of Zurich, a foundation board member of the University Hospital Zurich Foundation, a member of the board and board committee of the Zurich Chamber of Commerce, and a member of the advisory board of EqualVoice. She holds both a master's degree and PhD in business administration from the University of St.Gallen.
