Claudia Süssmuth Dyckerhoff

Claudia Süssmuth-Dyckerhoff has been with McKinsey for 21 years. Serving as Senior Partner, she led the Asia-wide Health Systems and Services Sector, providing advisory services to healthcare companies and governments. Transitioning to board work in 2016, she assumed the position of Senior Advisor at McKinsey. Ms Süssmuth-Dyckerhoff currently serves on the boards of Hoffmann-La Roche, Clariant, Ramsay Health Care, QuEST Global, and Prudential plc. She spent 17 years with her family in Asia – 15 years in Mainland China and 2 years in Hong Kong – and returned to Switzerland in 2022.
She studied Business Administration at the University of St. Gallen and ESADE, earning an MBA. Furthermore, she holds a PhD in Business Administration from the University of St. Gallen/University of Michigan Ann Arbor. Ms Süssmuth-Dyckerhoff is a member of the Board of Trustees of the St. Gallen Foundation for International Studies and the University of St. Gallen Foundation.
