Christoph Schweizer

Christoph Schweizer has been CEO of Boston Consulting Group (BCG) since May 2021. Previously, he served as BCG’s chairman for Central and Eastern Europe and the Middle East and has been a member of the firm’s Executive and Operating Committees since 2014. Christoph is involved in several prominent organizations, including the Business Roundtable and the World Economic Forum’s International Business Council. From 2020 to 2023, he was recognized as a HERoes Advocate Executive Role Model for his work with Women@BCG. With a career spanning healthcare, private equity, and transformative programs like digital transformations and post-merger integrations, Christoph is also deeply committed to social impact initiatives, particularly sustainability and climate change. Christoph holds an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin and a BA from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management.
