Ricarda Lang

Ricarda Lang serves as Co-Leader of Bündnis 90/Die Grünen, the German green party focused on ecological, economic, and social sustainability, since 2022 and has been a Member of the German Bundestag since 2021. In her current role, she shapes the agenda and policies of the German “Ampel Koalition” and connects the party’s members of the government with the party’s base. Before assuming her role as party Co-Leader at the age of 28, she was the party's deputy leader since 2019 and led the party's youth organisation Grüne Jugend from 2015-2019. Ms. Lang’s political agenda focuses on social justice and climate policy.
