Dame Inga Beale

Dame Inga Beale is the Chair of Mediclinic International, is a member of the boards of Willis Towers Watson and NN Group, and previously served as a Board Director of the Chartered Insurance Institute. From 2014 to 2018, Dame Inga Beale was CEO of Lloyd’s of London, where she developed a culture of innovation and inclusion, launched several diversity initiatives, and was instrumental in changing cultural perceptions within the firm and insurance industry. Before becoming CEO of Lloyd’s, she served as Group CEO of Canopius Group from 2012 to 2014 and as Global Chief Underwriting Officer at Zurich Insurance Company from 2008 to 2011.
