André Hoffmann

André Hoffmann is Vice-Chairman of the Board of Roche Holding Ltd., and Chairperson of the Supervisory Board of Capitals Coalition, a global collaboration redefining value to transform decision-making. A passionate conservation and sustainability advocate for over 50 years, Mr. Hoffmann is a Member of the Club of Rome, President of Fondation Tour du Valat, and served as World Wildlife Fund (WWF) International Vice-President from 2007 to 2017. Additionally, he is President of the Board of Trustees of the Givaudan Foundation, a Member of the Governing Board of the World Economic Forum, and a Member of the Board of Systemiq. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of St. Gallen and an MBA from the European Institute for Management (INSEAD).
